My Meditation Journey as a Beginner

In today’s post I would like to share my personal journey of my Meditation Practice.
There are various meditation techniques available, but the one I learnt is called Vipassana – the word Vipassana means insight or mindfulness.
⁣8 years ago I had attended my very first 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat. One of the most difficult and yet one of the most transformative experience of my life.
